JUDr. Monika Šichmák Bočová
Monika started as a modern gymnast and did it for 15 years. She started acrobatics in 2010. Monika’s style of learning is through teaching. Based on her many years of professional experience, she will teach you how to properly engage your muscles, proper warm-up and preparatory strengthening elements that will help you in the air. Subsequently, it precisely demonstrates specific elements in the air, which you will gradually combine into a choreography. To top it up, to avoid incorrect technical design as well as possible risks in case of incorrect demonstration.

Bc. Katarína Brčáková
Katka has more than 10 years of rich artistic experiences, when she started playing the piano at the age of 5, she sang and then played the flute. She first encountered acrobatics in 2015, when she started in the pole dance . Subsequently, began to practice lessons of aerial silk. Katka has completed several foreign camps, where she had the opportunity to train and learn from up to 45 coaches from around the world from Hong Kong, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, etc. At the same time, she is constantly training at various official international seminars and webinars in the field of proper muscle involvement and proper exercise techniques.

Bc. Miroslava Zbitáková
Mirka started playing the violin at age 5, which helped her with discipline and improved her artistic sensitivity. As a child, she tried karate, ballet, and majorette sport. Later she fully devoted herself to the sport of majorette. She performed with majorettes at various international festivals and performances around Europe. During college, she started doing Ashtanga Yoga, which further deepened her love for movement and anatomy, so she made a first series course. She has been practicing it ever since. In her spare time, she studies anatomy, proper muscle function, and proper exercise technique. She has been doing aerial acrobatics since 2020. She started with aerial silks and aerial hoop. Aerial hoop is Mirka’s great love, that’s why she took part in competitions in Ostrava and Prague. Both these disciplines evoke tenderness, elegance, precision, and grace in her. Mirka attended a foreign camp focused on acrobatics on the hoop, where she had various foreign instructors, from whom she gained a lot of experience. Mirka has been working in a Montessori kindergarten since 2018, where she has gained a lot of experience working with children.

Mgr. Patrícia Šuchterová
She started her artistic journey in 2011 when she started attending contemporary and modern dance. She stayed with this beautiful sport for 10 years, during which she learned to feel the rhythm of the music, the gracefulness, fluidity, and dynamics of the movement. Participating in international competitions, later in music videos, and performances taught her perseverance and discipline. These qualities came in handy later when she started taking her first pole dancing classes in 2019. After some time, she also discovered aerial acrobatics on silks, which she immediately fell in love with, to which she has devoted herself ever since.

Bc. Michaela Csicsayová
Michaela has been dancing professionally since she was seven years old. She represented Slovakia at several World Cups and international competitions, where she has been on medal positions. Thanks to competitions and daily trainings, she has got a lot of experience in the field of sports from an early age. In 2016, she became the champion of Slovakia and the vice-champion at the World championships in the category disco dance group and street dance show group. She has graduated sports gymnasium, thanks to which she received a coaching license II. degree. Later, she discovered aerial acrobatics, which captivated her so much that she has been doing it until now. Thanks to many years of sports practice in the field of dance and academic theory, which she acquired through her studies, she will teach you how to combine the sports and artistic aspects of aerial acrobatics into one.

Adriana Timková
Aďka’s sports journey began in childhood with general gymnastic training and children’s ballet lessons, which eventually led her to the Olympic sport of modern gymnastics. She dedicated herself to this sport from the age of 6 to 20. Concurrently, she nurtured her musical talents at a music school, learning to play the flute. However, her most formative experiences came from her involvement in modern gymnastics, not only through rigorous training but also by participating in numerous national and international competitions spanning junior and senior categories. She competed in events such as the World Grand Prix, European Championships in Israel, and Club World Championships in Japan. Her accolades include medals from the Slovak Championships and, at one point, the Czech Republic, along with membership in the national team. Additionally, she was nominated for the World Universiade, although it was canceled due to the adverse COVID-19 situation in the host country. Throughout her career, she attended several international gymnastics camps, both abroad (in countries like Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Ukraine, and Russia) and domestically, guided by foreign coaches from Bulgaria, Israel, Belarus, and Russia. She also obtained a first-level coaching license.
She graduated from the Sports Gymnázium in Bratislava, where, in addition to traditional subjects, she studied the fundamentals of sports training. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in law at Comenius University in Bratislava. Her introduction to aerial acrobatics dates back to her early years, influenced by her first modern gymnastics coach who practiced on aerial silks. Aďka aspired to try acrobatics herself one day. Today, she values aerial acrobatics for its integration of strength, flexibility, endurance, grace, and artistry with music. Guided by the motto ‘sport for health,’ she emphasizes the importance of correct technique in training, prioritizing athlete safety and long-term well-being through comprehensive, balanced, and symmetrical physical conditioning. In her leisure time, she also explores Pilates exercise techniques.

Mgr. Polina Lolia
Polina was born and raised in Ukraine, where she first displayed an interest in aerial acrobatics as a child. However, her true passion for aerial acrobatics only ignited in adulthood when she returned to elite sports in 2018. At the professional level, she excels in various forms of aerial acrobatics, including aerial silks, aerial hoop, and aerial straps. Her favorite apparatus is acrobatics on aerial straps, which captivated her more than any other. In her sports development journey, Polina actively participated in training at sports clubs in Ukraine, learning from top coaches who helped her master various advanced tricks and the correct techniques of learning aerial acrobatics. Over these years, she gained valuable experience, which she enjoys passing on to her students. In the years 2021-2022, Polina participated in several aerial acrobatics competitions in Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Prague, achieving great success and consistently placing on the podium. During her training sessions, Polina places a strong emphasis on strength development, considering it a fundamental element for mastering complex tricks in aerial acrobatics. An interesting aspect is that, aside from her sports pursuits, Polina actively engages in the development of web applications and games. She holds the position of Head of the Technical Department in an IT company.

Sofia Fratričová
From a young age, Sofia explored various types of dances, starting with folk dances and later delving into ballroom dancing and acrobatic rock and roll. Over the years, she also embraced contemporary dance, incorporating elements of gymnastics and parkour. In 2014, she discovered the world of aerial acrobatics on aerial silks and aerial hoop, an art form she immediately fell in love with and decided to pursue at both competitive and professional levels. Sofia still actively participates and represents Slovakia in both national and international competitions in aerial acrobatics. In 2022, she showcased her skills at the European Championships in Estonia. Sofia stands out as one of the professional acrobats, captivating audiences at various public and private events, ceremonies, and performances in collaboration with Centrum Vzdušnej Akrobacie (Aerial Acrobatics Center). Her extensive list of accomplishments includes numerous competitive successes and participation in workshops led by esteemed international instructors, such as Angelina Usmanova. Sofia is also a certified referee. Adding a touch of theatrical artistry to her choreographies, a craft she has honed for over 13 years, she imparts rich experiences and knowledge. In her classes, students acquire skills in advanced techniques, mastered at both competitive and professional levels.

Mgr. Ema Hežel
Ema has been an elite and professional athlete since her early childhood. At the age of five, she began her journey in swimming, a passion that continues to hold a special place in her heart. Drawing from her extensive sports background, Ema has gained discipline, strength, and invaluable practical knowledge which she now applies as a coach, passing on her expertise to her clients. Her journey also led her to explore dance, diverse strength and fitness training, and eventually, yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 2015, she learned to harmonize strength and flexibility — two crucial elements forming the foundation for aerial acrobatics. Her fascination with aerial acrobatics began in 2020 and she instantly fell in love with the art. As a former athlete with valuable experience, Ema’s foray into aerial acrobatics showcased effortless grace and elegance, with her aerial hoop performances leaving spectators in awe. Her lifelong engagement in sports, marked by its diversity, has enriched her understanding of movement. Holding certification as a swimming coach with nearly a decade of experience training children, Ema is well-prepared for any challenging situation. Moreover, Ema is also a graduated psychologist, which contributes to her effectiveness in working with clients during training sessions. Through her studies, she mastered the art of highlighting clients’ strengths and motivating them to achieve higher performance levels. Ema, with her extensive coaching experience, brings a sense of tranquility and a positive atmosphere to her clients, a spirit she endeavors to infuse into her classes.

Rebeka Kubíková
Rebeka has been involved in various sports since a young age. She began with ballet, attending classes for several years. In addition to ballet, she explored different forms of dance and later delved into sports gymnastics. She dedicated several competitive years to gymnastics until she discovered aerial acrobatics. In aerial acrobatics, she skillfully blended her previous experiences, artistic sensibility, and discipline, which is why she developed a deep love for this discipline. She started with flyfit, progressed to the aerial hoop and lastly, aerial silks. The combination of athletic skills and artistic performance captivated her so much that she has actively pursued aerial acrobatics for the past five years.

Hana Fülöpová
From an early age, Hanka discovered joy in various sports activities, including gymnastics, basketball, and horse riding. She began her journey in modern and sports gymnastics during preschool and remained devoted to it for seven years. Throughout this period, she trained diligently, honing her flexibility and strength. Hanka further nurtured her artistic interests through piano, refining her artistic sense and discipline. Solid foundation in both sports and the arts provided her with excellent prerequisites for aerial acrobatics, a discipline she first encountered in 2019. Immediately enamored with this beautiful sport which seamlessly combines her passion for movement, music, and dance, Hanka started with aerial hoop, but it wasn’t long before she also fell in love with aerial silks. Even during her studies abroad in the USA, Hanka continued her engagement with acrobatics, gaining extensive experiences that broadened her perspective on innovative teaching and training methods, which she passes on to her clients in acrobatics classes.

Anabella Katerinčinová
She has been immersed in dance and movement since the age of three, starting with folklore and disco dance, where she achieved various successes in international competitions at the European and World Championships. In 2016, she began attending pole dance classes, which led her to explore aerial hoop, a passion she pursued on a daily basis. A year later, she transitioned into teaching aerial hoop as an instructor, a role she held until 2023. Prior to the pandemic, she also actively participated in numerous aerial hoop competitions. Currently, she is a student at the University of Performing Arts, majoring in dance. Additionally, she is a member of the esteemed Red Cat Cabaret in Bratislava.

Karin Závacká
From a young age, Karin explored various forms of dance. She initially focused on ballet, later branching into contemporary dancing, hip hop, and even ballroom dancing. She participated in numerous competitions and performances. Her interest in music and musical instruments nurtured her sense of rhythm and melody – she mastered the flute and guitar. However, it was only in the air, during aerial acrobatics classes, that she truly discovered her passion. In her early years, she joined a dance-acrobatic ensemble in Košice, where she learned the fundamentals of aerial acrobatics, proper technique, and the art of seamlessly connecting elements in the air through unique transitions and combinations. Karin has already taken part in several professional acrobatic performances. Besides acrobatics on the aerial silks, she also delved into pole dancing, with her latest fascination being flying pole.

Linda Niňajová
Linda harbored a passion for sports from an early age, experimenting with various activities such as tennis, swimming, and athletics. A few years later, she developed an interest in proper sports techniques and body conditioning. This led her to pursue education in the field and subsequently discover aerial acrobatics classes, which captivated her. Fascinated by heights, she instantly knew this sport was tailor-made for her. In aerial acrobatics, Linda is particularly enamored by the seamless blend of strength and elegance showcased in the air. These two fundamental pillars form the core of her guidance to clients during classes, where she also teaches them to intertwine airborne movement with the music she holds so dear.

Barbora Šidelská
Barbora has been involved in water sports since childhood. From the age of 5, she participated in synchronized swimming, later dedicating herself to fitness swimming and completing a windsurfing course. During her studies at the gymnasium, she engaged in various athletic training sessions and competitions across different disciplines and took part in orienteering runs. She has been practicing aerial acrobatics from 2021 and enjoys swimming and running in her spare time. With experience in working with children, she adeptly prepares the training process to suit their needs, adjusting the coaching approach according to their age level. Barbora also has extensive experience training children in gymnastics and aerial acrobatics.

Liliana Manová
She embarked on her sports journey from a young age. Starting at the age of 5, she dedicated herself to modern gymnastics, remaining faithful to the sport for over 10 years. Throughout this decade, she emerged as both a champion and vice-champion of Slovakia on multiple occasions. As a representative of Slovakia, she competed in numerous international competitions, Grand Prix events, and European Championships. In 2022, she ventured into aerial acrobatics for the first time, captivated by its allure, it became a passion she continues to pursue fervently. Professionally skilled in aerial acrobatics, both on the aerial hoop and the aerial silks, her 10 years in modern gymnastics instilled in her profound discipline and a fierce competitive spirit, driving her decision to extend her competitive endeavors to aerial acrobatics. She actively participates in Slovak and international competitions, showcasing her talent on both the aerial hoop and aerial silks. Mgr. Alexandra Pokorná
Sasha is a former representative in modern gymnastics, which she started to do in 1998, till 2014. During these years, she became the champion of Slovakia several times and participated in several European and World championships as a representative of the Slovak Republic. In 2015, she discovered aerial acrobatics for the first time. She was so captivated by aerial acrobatics that after an active career as a gymnast, she began to train it professionally. Subsequently, she became an aerial acrobatics trainer in Austria and participated in several shows and performances throughout Europe. At the top of her career, she has graduated at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Bratislava, majoring in fitness coaching. As a coach with a Master’s degree, she has a lot of experience working with children. For several years now, she has been successfully leading gymnastics and aerial acrobatics trainings for the little ones, where she applies university theory as well as practice, which she acquired during her professional career as a gymnast and acrobat.

MSc. Kristina Popelková
Kika has been intensively involved in modern gymnastics and show dance since she was 4 years old. She has been practicing gymnastics for 12 years and has remained dancing to this day. She represented Slovakia at several world cups, where she won medals. Her path to aerial acrobatics began with pole dance, which she did during her visit to the University of England. After returning to Slovakia, she was looking for something new that would be both challenging and creative for her. One day she visited an hour of aerial hoop and is still fully dedicated to it to this day. The sports base she built from an early age and her rich experience in gymnastics and dance gave her excellent conditions for aerial acrobatics on the ring.

Nela Otočková
Nelka has been involved in various sports since preschool. From competitive swimming to karate to gymnastics. She was brought to aerial acrobatics in 2019 by her co-performers, and at that time she found a sport that combined all her passions into one. At first she started with aerial silks, but it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the aerial hoop too.
